Text Bitmaps Metafiles Others This pane shows the categories and sub-categories that you have defined to manage your clip items. You can add and delete categories and sub-categories using commands from the categories menu, but note that you cannot change the top category, the Active List, which is where all newly captured clip items go. Once you have your categories defined the way you want them you can move clip items from one category to another by "dragging and dropping" them with the mouse.
